Good location, comfortable beds, spacious rooms, and friendly staff, but this doesn’t feel like a 4-star hotel. The breakfast was very poor, and the WiFi connection was really bad. The kitchen had virtually no equipment, barely four glasses, and there were hardly any towels. Some areas badly need updating, and the entrance was hard to find. Noise from the road and a group of kids screaming all night made it extremely noisy, and the hotel couldn’t keep it down. It’s only worth booking if you find a cheap deal.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was great. Unfortunately, our room was in poor shape. The shower holder and one light were broken, and one bed had a badly sagging mattress that made for a very poor night’s sleep. The infrastructure needs better quality control. WiFi was also very slow on the 4th floor.

Very good location and a great place to stay, but don’t lose one of the plastic key cards. Replacing one costs 70,000 pesos, or close to $20 US. Also, ask for a receipt or invoice, since they didn’t give me one.

The breakfast buffet is top notch, with different food each morning, and the staff will make fresh eggs if you ask. The restaurant is delicious too. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the service is great overall. My only issue was having to ask 2-3 times for things I requested for the room, and sometimes they never arrived. Still, the price, food onsite, and staff make it well worth staying, and I’d recommend it to anyone.
