Although there’s no hotel sign outside yet, this really is a hotel. It’s a new little boutique-style place, super clean, and the owner is a very nice, helpful lady. The location feels safe, with lots of police around, in the original old town among little cafes and a lovely square for an evening stroll. It’s a quiet, relaxed neighborhood just a few blocks from the busy, noisy commercial downtown. I’d highly recommend it for a stay in Bucaramanga.
Alejandra made check-in easy and was very friendly. The hotel is right in the city center, in a safe area that’s easy to get around on foot. Rooms were clean and comfortable, with air conditioning. Highly recommended for a visit to the city.

Alejandra was considerate and always ready with useful information. The hotel and neighborhood are very peaceful, and being close to the Comando Departamental de Policía adds a sense of security. There are also several places of historical interest nearby.
The owner was attentive throughout and suggested some lovely places to eat and drink. It’s a small, simple hotel, but very clean and in a central area that feels safe. Nativa café is only 100 meters away for breakfast and regional delicacies. You can also make coffee or tea at the hotel, and there’s drinking water in the lounge. Highly recommended.
