Parking and a good location were positives, but I don’t think some rooms are suitable to rent, even at a lower rate. In my room, the plumbing smell kept me awake at night.

The price they quoted wasn’t the amount they charged, and the service was terrible. The employee lacked charisma. Room 505 is the worst: it was listed at 50,000, but my wife and I were charged another 10,000. I can’t recommend it.

The street noise made it impossible to sleep, and the unfinished room had second-rate beds. I only ended up here because I had no choice, and I wouldn’t stay again even for free. There were bedbugs, small, flat brown insects hiding in the beds. Their bites sent me to the emergency room because of my allergies. Avoid this place and the health problems it can bring.

For a trip to Bucaramanga, whether for work or leisure, this is a good option. It’s comfortable and clean, and the service is friendly.
