From the moment I arrived, the service was awful and everything was filthy. We made a reservation, but the room wasn't ready when we got there. We went out to eat and came back, and it still wasn't ready. The bathroom was disgusting. After they handed us the keys and towels, we went upstairs and found other people in our room, which made me suspicious. The cleanliness was terrible, and my experience was awful from the moment I entered reception. I didn't stay. I asked for my money back and left.

The listing photos show a much better room than the one I got. Mine was tiny, the mattress was painfully uncomfortable, and there wasn’t even a pillow. The bathroom was awful, and noise kept me up at night. I wouldn’t recommend it at all.

It’s in a good location and doesn’t cost much. The new management seems to have things well organized, and the place is clean. The administrators and employees were very good. They’ve improved it a lot little by little, and I had a pleasant stay.

The monthly rate is very affordable, and they do a good job with cleaning and laundry. Staff were attentive too. Its location is excellent, especially for work, since it’s close to everything.
