It’s a shame, because it used to be basic but clean. Now they need to improve both cleanliness and service. They’re reusing pillowcases, sheets, and towels.

The internet was fast and the prices were good. It’s in a nice location, and the rooms are clean, cozy, and really nice.

A good, nice, and affordable place to stay in Bucaramanga. You’re right downtown, near Santander Park and the Church of the Holy Family.
