The WiFi was awful, there were ants, and it smelled bad. I'd rather spend more for a better room.

It's a bit of a walk to the center, around 10-15 minutes, and the streets get very dark at night, which could feel unsettling for tourists. We were told the area was safe, and it was. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a king-size bed, a bunk bed, two extra single beds, a TV with Netflix and other apps, and air conditioning. Staff treated us well from arrival through breakfast. They even lent us a board game one day and shared a delivery contact. We really enjoyed our stay and felt at ease. We'd definitely consider this hotel again in Buenaventura.

The receptionist was so attentive, and I loved the place. Rooms were clean and comfortable, with a king-size bed, hot water, air conditioning, and all the amenities. Breakfast is included, and there's a café open 24/7. If you come by motorbike, they keep an eye on it all night, so it feels very safe. I loved them. 🥹
