The employees made the biggest impression on me. Their service was beyond what you'd expect, even compared with five-star international chain hotels I've stayed at. We've returned twice, including in January 2023, and each time the customer experience was exceptional. I'd give it more stars if I could. Our family room had three full or queen-size beds, and it was spacious, with two huge bathrooms, each with a soaking tub and shower. The tub could easily fit someone six feet tall. Traveling with small children, we were also given two extra mattresses to place on the floor for safety. There's a gym and spa, and while the Wi-Fi is slow, the rest more than makes up for it. The restaurant on the 14th floor has an amazing view, and dinner was great. I'd come back in a heartbeat!

The staff were excellent, and I liked the restaurant, bar, and location. There are a few simple things that could be improved, though. After a long day of work, hot water would be nice, but the supply was very unreliable, even in warm Buenaventura. There wasn't a bath mat, and the bed felt too hard. The rooms weren't very clean either.

There are only basic amenities, though the place is clean. We tried the restaurant on the 14th floor. The people were very friendly, but service was quite slow, and the food was okay.
