The room was neat and the beds comfortable. There was no air conditioning, though, and the heat made it pretty hard to sleep well. The hotel's common areas are nicely decorated, and we enjoyed the small pool, jacuzzi, and Turkish bath. Breakfast was good, a typical Colombian spread of fruit, eggs, and arepa, with coffee or hot chocolate and orange juice. We only stayed one night, but had a great experience. Plus, there's free Black Coffee ("Tinto") all day!

The staff were excellent, and breakfast was great. Everything was very clean, and there was hot water.

It's a simple, very quiet place, and the staff are helpful. We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights, but our room wasn't cleaned during that time. We knew breakfast would be the same each day, though it would've been nice to have different egg options or another simple choice like cereal. The pool was freezing, so we couldn't enjoy it. I also noticed that the sheets hadn't been changed in a neighboring room when they checked us in and reassigned that room, which I didn't like.

The location is good for the price, but there's plenty that needs improving. The breakfast they provide was really poor and lacking in many ways. They said the TV was malfunctioning, but that wasn't true, there simply wasn't any TV service in the room. I wouldn't recommend it.
