The room was comfortable and clean, and the category we booked was better than I expected. The location is ideal for getting to several churches and downtown Buga, but the hotel is on a busy commercial street, so it gets noisy. We had a balcony and heard lots of shouting, music at night, and drunk people. Breakfast was perfect, and check-in and checkout were smooth. Recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The rooms are roomy and comfortable, and breakfast is good. Staff are really warm and attentive. You’re close to the basilica and the shops, with parking a block behind the hotel. Just keep in mind there’s no elevator, which can be an issue for older guests.

The area around the hotel is lively, with street vendors and shops, and the parking is a block away. There’s nobody to help carry luggage, and the rooms are on the second floor, so it’s not a great choice for older guests or anyone with mobility problems. For a night or two as a couple, though, it’s good value. The room was spacious and clean, and the friendly staff did their best to make the stay pleasant.

The room was roomy and spotless, and I especially appreciated how honest and responsible they were with guests. It’s a small hotel, but the care and service really stand out. I was welcomed with so much warmth and kindness. Thanks for the hospitality.
