The buffet has lots of choices and is nice, and otherwise everything was good. The hotel is pet-friendly and in a really convenient spot, with a very 1930s style. The main downside was the shared areas: the bar and services close at 10, and they turn the lights off and won’t let you stay by the pool or jacuzzi after that.

The restaurant was good, though expensive. The pool, steam room, and sauna were great, and the staff were friendly and VERY accommodating. Rooms were clean and had AC, and breakfast was amazing. The location was perfect. 9.5/10, I’d love to stay here again when I come back to Buga.

The Christmas decorations made this hotel especially pretty. We loved the rooms and breakfast, and the location is easy to explore on foot, with a park nearby and a fun view of the tower. The staff were lovely.

We liked the great pool and excellent breakfast at this older Spanish colonial style hotel. The rooms are small but nice, and there are larger suites too. Our stay was let down by the air conditioner, which ignored the temperature settings on the remote and could only be switched on or off. The showers also had a disappointing amount of hot water, and the toilet paper in our otherwise excellent suite bathroom was incredibly hard.

I was very disappointed. The price for these outdated rooms is ridiculously high, and the hotel badly needs renovating. The breakfast wait staff were rude, and the shower corners were filthy. There was no shampoo in the shower, the lampshades were broken, and the supposed minibar was just a shelf under the bathroom sink. My reservation included 30.000 for dinner, but I was charged 78.000. There were so many negatives. I do not recommend this hotel.
