The room was clean, and it was a handy spot for the el rio party. When you need somewhere cool, clean, and private to rest away from the noise, it worked well. Room service was excellent and really cheap, too. I doubt you'll find cheaper room service anywhere else you book. Deymer, the property manager, is young, smart, and ambitious. He put a lot of energy into making sure we were comfortable and had a good stay. He was a fantastic host and even took us to his family's house and farm, showed us the animals, and his mum offered us fresh fruit from their backyard. It felt like he went above and beyond to give us one of our most authentic cultural experiences in Colombia.

We found the owner really friendly and helpful with recommendations and taxis. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and just a few minutes from el rio hostel, which made it a great place to unwind after a few nights there. Thanks a lot!

The room was awful, dirty, and had no window. The listing was misleading, and I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The bathroom was spotless, and the room had both air conditioning and a fan. The hotel was very clean, and they have a generator in case the power goes out. We got excellent service during our stay and I'd definitely come back.
