The cabin’s views were lovely, and the included breakfast was very good. We were a family of four and the two-bedroom setup worked well. Everything was spotless, including the kitchen and the outdoor dining table we used after picking up groceries at D1 in Barcelona, which is nearby. The kitchen had plenty of cooking and eating utensils. A friendly cat came by every day, and the owners, a husband and wife, handled the work with two or three assistants and did a good job. They stayed up late, so we could enjoy the bar and play with the toad. We had a great stay and would return. Bring cash, since cards aren’t accepted. We didn’t have time for the trail to the nearby river, though it sounded interesting. We also didn’t use the spa or pools, so I can’t comment on those. There are a few big tourist traps nearby.

The path is in very poor shape and feels dangerous, and the charge for corking liquor is quite high. The service was also really bad from the start. They wouldn’t let our pets in, and even with the pets tied up, the gentleman kept bothering us. He stayed on our case, telling us what we couldn’t do and harassing us. I wouldn’t come back.

The staff seem nice and friendly, but the price didn’t feel justified. Service was slow, cleanliness was lacking, the pool couldn’t be used, and the sauna was out of order.

The rooms are comfortable and the service is good. It’s a beautiful place with spectacular facilities, including a pool with a whirlpool. The location is superb, right on the highway to Barcelona-Quindío. Seems like a nice spot for either a stay or a day trip ☀️
