The main course was good, but small, and the rest of the Thanksgiving dinner was underwhelming: a very basic appetizer and salad, followed by cheap pastry for dessert. I expected a buffet, since that’s how Thanksgiving is in the US, but instead dinner dragged on for two hours. I’d say it should cost 70-80k at most. I didn’t take pictures of the other food because it wasn’t worth it. Very disappointed, and writing this for Americans in the future.

Roger at the front desk was incredibly helpful, Juan the main chef is an artist, Karen at the executive floor is a dear, and Katherine in sales helped us so much with an event. We loved the beautiful rooms, great gym, amazing restaurant, and outstanding service!!!

The location was good, and you could walk to most places. Staff were very friendly, with especially great front desk service and a fast check-in and check-out. I ate at the hotel a couple of times, though I’d avoid the food there because it wasn’t good. The bar drinks were pretty good. The pool was very cold, and the pool area was shaded from the sun. The executive lounge was disappointing, with only a few sodas, water, some nuts, and a coffee machine. There were no evening snacks or food.

I went with my family, and it was the worst experience. I was staying at the hotel, but when I went down for breakfast they wouldn’t let me eat because they said there weren’t enough tables. Then, while I was waiting in line, they told me to wait and served the first two people, but not me. I was there by myself.
