I booked a week, from 6/15 until 6/22, but left after one night and got a refund. The room was tiny, the curtain was dirty, and the air conditioning was ragged. The hotel didn't look the same in person as it did in the pictures, and I didn't feel safe. They turned off all the hallway lights at 12am. Breakfast was just cereal, with no milk, and the elevator stopped between floors, so we had to carry luggage up the stairs. If you're a woman traveling alone, don't stay there.

I've stayed here many times because the beds are soft. The staff are great, and housekeeping and the restaurants are nice. WiFi is okay, though the elevators sometimes have problems.

I booked through Expedia, but they said they couldn't find my reservation, kept the money I'd already paid, and charged me more. The rooms were dirty and small, and even the lobby hinted at how the rest of the hostel would be. The area didn't feel very safe, and when we arrived the door was locked while the doorman slept. Avoid this place at all costs. It felt like a scam hotel.

Stay away! I woke up with bites all over my back, the air conditioning didn't work, and there was no hot water. They also wouldn't let me cancel the last night.

I stayed in November 2021, and the internet was terrible. The service at reception really needs to improve. After 12:00 am, the lights between the rooms go off, which feels a little scary.
