The service, cleanliness, and attention from Señor Alejandro stood out. He was cordial and took charge of looking for solutions to the problems. The rooms need better upkeep, though: there was a lot of damp, the air conditioning was broken, and the electrical work needs attention.

The rooms were in awful shape, with dampness and broken air conditioners. Señor Alejandro and his mother, though, provided excellent service.

The rooms were unpleasant, and the service was terrible.

The rooms were in poor condition, and hygiene practices weren't good. I wouldn't recommend the breakfasts.
