The room had a sink and stovetop, but the cabinets were empty, with no dishes, pans, or cooking or eating utensils. That was a letdown in an expensive “suite,” especially when the price was higher than four-star hotels nearby. The place was clean and the service was great, though. Sad.

We stayed 17 days while I was recovering from a hip replacement and my parents were getting dental care. The rooms were suited to a longer stay, and Alexa made a convincing case for the quality at a reasonable price. The hotel is modern and clean, and breakfast was great, but the staff made the experience feel surreal. GM Alva was hands-on, always trying to solve whatever we needed. I even saw her mopping and moving beds and furniture. Paola, Bibiana, Angelo, and Fernando at the front desk were absolutely the best. I was surprised to learn the cooking team also handled cleaning. Diana and Yurani always greeted my parents and me with a smile and were simply amazing. They deserve a gold medal. Don’t look around, just book with them!

The breakfast was great, and the hospitality was just as good. I’d definitely recommend it to friends and family.

The hotel staff were kind and helpful. Restaurants, a mall, grocery store, pharmacy, and pizza place are all close by.
