The staff made things easy, from explaining how to get Feria de Cali tickets to carrying all our luggage up to the room. We also liked having a kitchenette, even though we only used it for coffee and reheating leftovers, and I believe every room has a balcony. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk from the parade route, which made the location great for Feria de Cali. I'd stayed in another part of Cali before and didn't enjoy it much, but this stay was completely different. If I'd known, we would have added another night.

We felt at home here and would definitely stay again if we return to Cali, Colombia. Henry was friendly and accommodating, arranged a late checkout at no extra cost, and let us extend our stay without any hassle. Ronnie, Raphel, Pablo, Gary, and the rest of the staff were kind and helpful. They went out of their way to make us comfortable, and we'll miss them. The place was bright, airy, stylish, and very clean, including the lobby and hallways. Our bed and pillows were comfortable, the balcony was lovely, the shower had great hot water, the AC was ice cold, and the WiFi was fast. Housekeeping was fantastic: the ladies were friendly, respectful of our belongings, and honest. They followed all Covid protocols. The location was convenient, with supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants just steps away, and a park and hospital across the street. We really enjoyed the stay. Please book with confidence, you won't regret it.

A clean apartastudio in a central, safe neighborhood. The staff were great, and my family member's recommendation was spot on.

It's easy to walk to lots of places from here, and there's always someone available to help, day or night. They can order food, arrange a taxi, or even help with translation.

They added hidden charges at checkout. This shady, roach-infested hotel is one to avoid.
