I stayed twice, for 10 days in January and again in May 2018. The studio rooms were clean and had the basics for preparing and cooking your own meals. The staff were warm and helpful. I speak very little Spanish, but still had a good experience.

The hotel was just OK, nothing special. Parking was free and breakfast was included, though the breakfast room wasn't very nice, and after five minutes you'd smell like fried eggs. Front desk service was poor. I waited 45 minutes to check out because the system wasn't working. Never again!

It was an amazing experience for just 25$. The room had a TV, Netflix, refrigerator, stove, dishes, sink, and bathroom. The bathroom was a little small, but security is a major thing here. All-star teams stay here, and so do major teams. Simply great.

The customer service went above and beyond. Special thanks to Lizbeth for making my stay as pleasant as possible. The hotel is beautiful and comfortable, with access to a gym and a hot tub upstairs.

I stayed for 6 days and loved it. Leonardo the manager was very helpful, and the staff were amazing. The food was good, the hotel was nice, and the price was good too. You won't regret it. I'll stay there again on my next visit to Cali. Thanks to everyone at Roosevelt hotel.
