Jaime and Claudia are helpful and accommodating hosts, and the building is comfortable and well located. The tree-lined neighborhood is quiet, with lovely cafes and restaurants nearby, plus a supermarket with a good selection. There are cooking and laundry facilities, and the nightly price is reasonable. From the terrace you can take in a panoramic city view. Calle 5 is close by for MIO public transport. La Alameda Market is about a 15-minute walk, while the city center, Boulevard del Río, San Antonio, and other iconic spots are around 20 minutes away on foot.

The terrace view is spectacular, and the place itself is lovely. One concern on the way there: locals say to be careful walking across the secluded bend at the end of the hill before you arrive.
