NH Cali Royal

The drivers were outstanding. They know the city inside out, have clean, comfortable cars, and can take you anywhere, including nearby towns, waiting if needed. Honestly, saving a few pesos by taking taxis doesn't make sense when the hotel drivers are so reliable. We loved our suite at Hotel NH Cali Royal. Three adults and our small Yorkie had plenty of room across two separate rooms, plus a full bath and spectacular view, and it was surprisingly affordable. The facilities were great, the service amazing, and the location hard to beat, right beside Holguines Mall and close to Unicentro and Jardín Plaza. Lots of restaurants, cafés, and shops are nearby, many within walking distance. The area felt safe and was easy to walk around with our Yorkie. The hotel's own security team added to that comfort. From arrival, the front desk were welcoming and helpful, check-in went smoothly, and everyone from the concierge and bellboys to the drivers was excellent. The restaurant was fantastic, with indoor and outdoor seating by the pool. The wait staff were caring, efficient, and friendly, and breakfast was delicious. We had a wonderful stay and can't wait to return.

The breakfast is delicious, and the service there is lovely. Bonifacio is the best! NH Royal Cali is clean and beautiful, with friendly, attentive service. We felt tourists were very safe there. We're from Aruba and highly recommend staying here.

The location is very convenient, and service was great from start to finish. Breakfast was excellent and dinner was absolutely delicious. Everyone was genuinely kind, especially Bonifacio, whose contagious smile and espressos at breakfast were a perfect start to each day. We'll be back.

The location is very convenient, and everyone on staff was helpful. The service was very good. The rooms need updating, though, since the furniture and carpet are old.
