Thieves, thieves, thieves. Avoid Parrot House at all costs. I booked and paid in full three months ahead to secure the dates I wanted, and everything was confirmed. Less than 24 hours before I was due to arrive, they canceled the reservation without giving a valid reason. I paid 530 COP in advance, and they’re refusing to refund it. They canceled the service but kept my money. To me, that’s stolen money, not just poor customer service. I’ve tried to sort it out through email and WhatsApp many times, but they haven’t replied to a single message. My friend in Cali called and tried to speak to a manager, but they hung up on him mid-sentence as soon as he explained what had happened. The lack of communication and refusal to return money for a service they canceled themselves is unacceptable. They’ve taken 530 COP from me and ruined my travel plans. Please learn from my costly mistake and book somewhere else.

My guest's reservation was inexplicably canceled, so I called to ask for a refund. No one answered at first. They called back later, but as soon as I explained what had happened, the person hung up and didn't answer my follow-up calls. My guest showed me the WhatsApp messages he'd sent them, and they were still unanswered. It doesn't seem like they're being honest.

I booked and paid, then ordered a taxi. When I arrived with my luggage, I messaged them on WhatsApp asking to be let in. They said they couldn't accommodate me and told me to contact Booking.com. I was left sitting outside, and they wouldn't even let me in to arrange another hotel. Booking.com showed five rooms available, so I still don't understand why they turned me away. I've never had anything like this happen before. Two weeks later, an update: the hotelier has kept my money and blocked me on WhatsApp.
