For the price, the room was clean and a decent size, though it had no outside window. The staff were really friendly and helpful. They even did our laundry on New Year's Eve, when most places are closed on New Year's Day. Good value overall.

Good price, and there's a refrigerator in the room. The AC in my room needs replacing and wasn't very good. Late at night they take a long time to open the front door, and there's no bell. I hope it doesn't rain while you're stuck waiting outside.

The hotel is just one block from the Mio bus line, and Wi-Fi worked well in our room, the lobby, and the common area. The room was clean and spacious, and breakfast was great with as much as you wanted to eat. Staff didn't speak much English, but they were very friendly and tried hard to help.

Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and the usual amenities are all thoughtfully done. The entrance feels upscale, and the staff are engaging and considerate. For the location and atmosphere of the rooms, the price is reasonable.

The price was okay, and the room was nice, but it was dusty and dirty. The intercom phone was so disgusting I couldn't use it. They also never answered the phone.
