The rooms were clean, and the hotel is in a safe part of Cali. The people working there weren’t very friendly, though. They tried to charge me extra for a biscuit with my coffee that I hadn’t asked for. A bit cheeky, but it’s still a safe, reliable place to stay.

A lovely place in what I found to be Cali’s best neighbourhood. The rooms are spacious, quiet and clean, and the location feels safe. Service was friendly, and there’s laundry in the building. We extended our stay a few times, which was a good sign, but each booking triggered the same check-in instructions again. We got over 30 emails in total, which felt like a lot. It seems to be because much of check-in is automated. It didn’t really bother us while we were there.

I stayed in the apartment part of the building. It was clean, secure and spacious, with reasonable prices for a good location. There are a couple of restaurants in the courtyard too. David, who runs the apartment, was very helpful and communication was excellent. I’ll be back sometime. Thanks.

The in-house restaurant is really good, especially the tasty BBQ ribs. My stay was good, and the place is close to the square. The shower was good too.
