The room was immaculate and cozy, and the bed felt like a cloud after a full day exploring the city center. The hotel itself was far more peaceful than I expected from the photos, almost as if the city noise disappeared as soon as we stepped inside. Its location is a 10/10, with the city center right outside. Reception recommended a couple of dinner spots and both were perfect. The staff greeted us by name and clearly wanted us to enjoy ourselves, without the stiff chain-hotel feel. My expectations were high, and the hotel completely exceeded them.

After two days, we were told there was a problem with the bank and asked whether we could pay in cash. We had booked a room with a window and balcony but were given one without windows, so we asked to cancel. We had to request our refund two days later. They told us to return at 11 a.m., then made us wait another 30 minutes, and the amount we received was less than we should have.

The rooms don't match the photos or descriptions. They advertise rooms with windows and balconies, but after you check in and pay, you can find yourself in a room with no windows. They refused to refund me at first and I had to fight for it. They eventually returned the full amount. Scammers!!!

The reception staff answered our questions and helped guide us during our vacation. We had a wonderful time in this magnificent city and I'll definitely come back. I highly recommend this place.
