The view was nice, but there was too much noise and the rooms were small. They had only fans and one AC unit. The apartment felt old and unclean, with everything looking outdated. Even the stairs were dirty and neglected as soon as you came in, which made a bad first impression. Outside noise came right into the apartment and left it feeling uncomfortable and unsafe. Based on my visit to one of the rental units, I can't recommend this building.

Great views and a good location. The building is nice, everything works and is well maintained, and the staff are very helpful.

The ocean and city views are nice if you get a place facing that way. But the building is old and dated, with a very small pool. The apartments are much the same, run down, dirty, and not like the pictures.

The beach out front is quiet, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The sea and historic city center views are hard to beat, and the center is right nearby, an easy walk away. A lovely place for a holiday or some time to relax. I'd definitely return.
