I really enjoyed my stay at Apartahotel Santori in Cartagena. The apartment was spotless and comfortable, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Great location and excellent service, I'd highly recommend it.

I've seen positive comments about the value for money, but not much about the neighborhood itself. How is security in that area? Would someone I can trust recommend a more traditional, reputable area, such as Bocagrande, Crespo, Getsemani, or Las Boquillas? I noticed the Cartagena government has been putting money toward addressing this issue. Any feedback would be appreciated, thanks.

The hotel is clean and well cared for, and the service is friendly. It's conveniently located near both the airport and the historic center. The modern building has air conditioning, and the kitchen is well equipped with a fridge, blender, and air fryer. I'd recommend it and would definitely come back.
