We left a day early, and management still hasn't replied to my email about a refund or even acknowledged the safety problems. During our two-night stay, the power went out repeatedly. The Wi-Fi didn't work in the rooms, and the AC never functioned properly. It drained through a hole in the ceiling into our shower. Worse, exposed live wires in the shower head electrocuted me, my partner, and several other guests in our party staying in other rooms. This hotel is attached to Atolon Beach Club, and it felt like an active construction site, with unfinished rooms and questionable electrical work. When I told the manager about the safety issues, she got defensive and harassed us for the rest of our stay. Staff entered our room despite Do Not Disturb signs. The same happened to others in our party, and they had things stolen. They aren't prepared for overnight guests. Do not stay here. It was a total scam.

I loved the feel of this beautiful hotel and beach club in Tierra Bomba, with its lush palm trees and waterfront setting. The pool is huge, and the food is great.

David was an incredible host. He showed us around and helped us with everything. The private beach and beautiful beach club made it such a relaxing place to spend time. The food was amazing, and the price very affordable. The rooms were huge, with loads of space and comfort.

We had a peaceful few days here and could really disconnect from home. My girl and I came from the United States and rented a cabin. It had everything you'd hope for near the ocean: great showers and bathrooms, air conditioning, fans, and spectacular room service. The grounds were impressive too. After a storm, they cleaned the area right away, and they gave us information about excursions. The food was spectacular, especially the fried fish. Everyone was friendly, from the bartender and servers checking that we were all right to the manager who kept asking how we were doing. They made us feel welcome. The views, atmosphere, service, food, and rooms all went beyond what we expected. I rarely write reviews, but this stay deserved one. We hope others enjoy the same relaxing time. This place is a must!

The quiet, natural setting was exactly what I wanted, despite some earlier concerns about how peaceful it would be. I stayed in a bungalow that was spacious, spotless, and decorated romantically. The pool water was climate-controlled, and there was a nice range of things to do. I walked to the San Fernando fort, a must for history fans, and it was free. Staff arranged a beach horseback ride for me and even provided transportation. On this beautiful Caribbean island, the staff made me feel like family from the start. The food had a delightful variety. Big thanks to Carolina and Christian for their excellent service. Prices were very competitive and good value compared with other places. I'm thrilled I found this hidden paradise and wholeheartedly recommend it for an unforgettable stay.
