The rooms were badly degraded, the walls paper-thin, the Wi-Fi nonexistent, and the sheets stained and covered in hair. Even the window shades were rusted in place. The air conditioners were the only things that worked consistently. The staff are kind and try their best, but it feels like the people in charge don't care. I often stay in the city and booked this place only because I needed to be near the port. There are plenty of better options for similar or lower prices. I won't stay at accommodation associated with this brand again.

For the price, service was okay, and the front desk did tell us the pool hours. But when we arrived the pool was dirty and poorly maintained, then another employee told us it wasn't open for swimming that day. Nobody had mentioned that, and we'd booked for just one night, so it seems like a communication problem they should fix. The location on a main road also meant noise all day and night.

I'd left a positive review at first, but breakfast this morning was completely cold at 7:30. Then they charged me $20 to do a small bag of laundry. Poor service.

I only booked it because it was the only hotel available for my trip. It's far from the center, the breakfast is poor, and the service is bad. Every day there was an issue with my room. There was no hot water, though that's common here.

The rooms were dirty, the shower had no pressure, and the restaurant wasn't good. You can't even buy water here. Bad hotel.
