The restaurant was good, though they got overwhelmed easily because they were short-staffed. We also found the location convenient by the beach, the room’s AC worked, and the price was reasonable. The room itself was a letdown: tiny, with hard beds and stained sheets that still had the same stain throughout our four-day stay. There was only one electrical outlet in the room and none in the bathroom, no safe for valuables, and a cockroach wandered around the bathroom. You could hear the neighbors’ TV at normal volume because there was no soundproofing. The photos really didn’t match the place and looked like they might be decades old. At the beach, vendors approached us every 30 seconds. We’ve traveled to many countries and never been hassled this much.

The staff were friendly, and breakfast included tasty arepas. The pool was small but pleasant, and the location was good, near the beach. The room was small too, and the hotel felt old and run-down, with maintenance needed. It was okay overall.

The shaded pool, surrounded by plants, was a welcome break from Cartagena’s heat, even though it’s small. The beds were comfortable, the shower worked, and everything looked clean when we arrived. There’s also a bar and restaurant on site, with friendly staff and a good location. A good place to stay.

The receptionist was negligent and made me run around looking for another hotel, with my family, in the rain. Go somewhere else for better prices and better service from the receptionist.

A pleasant boutique hotel with nice staff and a particularly friendly atmosphere in the restaurant. My room was fairly noisy, though it wasn’t on the main street side.
