The rooftop is a highlight, with great drinks and a lovely bar team. Mario served us with a smile, and you have to try the coconut lemonade. Downstairs, the café came in handy for an early breakfast or a drink. Get the avocado toast and bottled fresh coconut water. Daniela at reception was great and even arranged same-day laundry service at a surprisingly good price. The place is spotless and stylish, the service is super, and the beds are comfortably firm. Even though it’s on a busy avenue, I slept just fine, and I’m usually woken by the tiniest noise. I absolutely loved staying here and have already recommended it to friends who are jealous of my Instagram stories. I’d come back again and again.

The staff were the best part, every person was polite, welcoming, and ready to help. Caroline went above and beyond to make our trip great, and communication was really good too. The hotel lived up to the great reviews. Rooms were lovely, prices very reasonable, and the rooftop pool was cute, with good music and friendly staff there every day. It’s also close to everything we wanted to do. I’ll stay here again and recommend it to everyone I know.

I arrived to find there was no kitchen, even though I’d been assured by email that there would be one. I have extreme dietary restrictions and need to make my own meals, so I showed them the email chain. They took responsibility for the mistake and moved me to an upgraded unit with the promised amenities. Great hotel and customer service.

The rooftop and its lovely pool were great, and our room was too. It’s roughly 20 minutes by taxi from the main attractions, though when traffic is light it can take 10. That wouldn’t put me off staying here.

The room’s rustic feel was a nice touch, and the food was outstanding. We had a great time at this hotel in Cartagena, with especially good service from the rooftop team, Daniel, Lorena, and Jennifer.
