Our room was comfortable, and the shower had good pressure and temperature. The evening front desk man was especially welcoming, though I can't remember his name. When the AC started leaking, they fixed it promptly and checked in each day afterward to make sure it was still okay. Breakfast was simple but enough to set us up for a hot day exploring Cartagena. Great location too. We'd stay again.

The food was good, and the staff were fantastic, so kind. The room was comfortable too. The bar doesn't have many choices, but there are lots of places nearby if you want a cocktail.

The hotel is in the Walled City, close to the airport and within easy reach of everything. There’s a good restaurant onsite, plus lots of others nearby, and the rooms are modern and smart. The Samsung smart TV doesn't seem to support all apps, including news streaming services. There are no English TV channels, though you can get to some streams if you know how.

The roof terrace has dining and a hot tub, and the rooms are pleasant with smart controls, good AC, and a clean, smart look. Staff and service were great. My main gripe was the bathroom: the shower had several jets, but most didn't work and seemed to need descaling. Water got all over the floor even with the shower door shut, and one towel was pretty rough on my skin.

I felt safe here, with 24-hour security and a rule against outside guests or friends coming back to your room. The free breakfast was a treat, and I liked the Alexa controlled entertainment. The hotel was clean, comfortable, stylish, and close to lots of restaurants and shops.
