Awful experience. They keep your money even when they provide no service, and won’t let you cancel a reservation for any reason. If you complain, they block you and stop answering the phone. They’re scammers.

We had to cancel our reservation because of a family issue. Their advertising says the reservation fee will be refunded, but they refused to return it. When we tried to reach them, they blocked us and wouldn’t respond. Pathetic. I had to file a complaint.

They gave our reserved room to other guests, so they couldn’t honor our booking. We asked for a refund, then they stopped replying and blocked us. They turned out to be scammers.

We had to cancel a reservation for personal reasons and asked for the refund their ad said was free. They ignored our messages, then blocked us. I wouldn't recommend this place. It feels like a scam.

They still haven't refunded the advance payment, even though they told me there'd be no problem. My trip couldn't go ahead after I made the reservation, and now they don't answer my messages and block the numbers I try. Terrible experience.
