Breakfast was delicious, especially the eggs made to order just how you like them. Karen was so helpful, and everyone on the team was friendly and welcoming. We’ve only been here a few nights so far, but we’ve absolutely loved it. The room was comfortable, the bed was excellent, and everything was exceptionally clean. Even the fresh scent around the hotel felt intentional. When we arrived, relaxing music was already playing on the TV, with a subtle essential oil aroma in the room. This little hidden gem in Cartagena gets my full recommendation. Thanks to the whole team for such a great stay.

As a solo traveller, I felt safe and well looked after throughout my stay. The hosts and staff were kind and very helpful, and communication was smooth. The place was clean and comfortable, and I had a really lovely time. I’d happily return and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, reliable stay.

A peaceful oasis in a lively, busy area, and a comfortable place to stay. The bedding and towels were top-notch, the shower was amazing, and the rooftop pool was luxurious. Alfonso and his team gave fantastic, especially caring service, and Karen’s advice on excursions and activities was spot on.

We also stayed at a five-star hotel around the corner, but I’d choose this one again. It’s a fresh, calm little oasis with a great rooftop pool, good-sized rooms, nice bedding, and pleasant bathrooms. Our room had no proper window. There was one facing the corridor, but it was covered, so we couldn’t tell what the daylight was like inside. I guess that does keep noise out. There’s no service up at the pool, though they’re happy to bring drinks if you go downstairs and ask. Maybe there aren’t enough guests to justify it, but a check-in now and then would be nice.

We slept very quietly at night, even though our room had no windows. The breakfast was among the best we’ve had, and the service was really good. Probably one of the best boutique hotels in its class in Cartagena.
