MAGNIFICENT!!! My family and I felt completely at home here. It's a short drive to the old city and its beautiful sights, and to other places we wanted to go, without dealing with the hectic feel of Bocagrande.

It's peaceful and pleasant, and the beaches right in front are great. You can relax without being hassled by beach sellers pushing lots of products, so it's easier to enjoy the beach.

BEWARE, Airbnb and the owner Nomad Guru ripped us off for $1200. We booked their penthouse through Airbnb for five nights. The apartment was beautiful, but the shower stopped working and there was no hot water. The owner sent a technician, but the problem came back, so we checked out because we couldn't shower. Airbnb and Nomad Guru refused to refund us, and we ended up staying at a hotel.

There's a wide beach, three pools, and a convenience store right out front. The place is clean and well located for families.
