The staff were incredibly attentive, and breakfast was delicious. I was in room #1, where a lot of noise from reception carried into the room. There was also an unpleasant smell from the plumbing. Those were the only two things that got in the way of my stay.
It’s a peaceful place that works well for a vacation or a business trip. The room was lovely and clean, the location was perfect, and the staff were always ready to help with anything we needed. We received excellent service. Thank you!
The room had a TV, air conditioning and a toilet, but there was no hot water. The place itself was clean and tidy, and the smell from cleaning wasn't bad. The staff were nice and the service was okay. Still, they told me my room had been reserved and wanted to move me, even though we'd agreed I'd stay there for three nights. They eventually said it was fine, but the whole thing was unpleasant after we'd settled it in advance. Apart from that, it's a nice place.
The Fly Hotel is in a good location, and the receptionists are friendly. My issues were with the rooms and breakfast service: there were no blankets, and the pool wasn't cleaned of dirt each day. The women serving breakfast were quite rude, tossing cutlery onto the table and getting upset if guests said anything.
The bathrooms have a lot of uneven levels, and I tripped. The rooms also felt very small. For the price, though, I think it's good.
