The building is cute and the location is good, with facilities that seem fair for the price. But the reception and cleaning staff were unhelpful, arrogant and lazy. We reported dirty towels and things in the room that weren't working, and they ignored us. There are plenty of other places nearby. This hotel takes its guests for granted, so I'd look for somewhere that makes you feel welcome.

The beds were comfortable, but the hotel setup was weird and not accommodating. The building is shared with doctors' offices and residential units, so I couldn't leave my luggage at reception and walk around the city before my flight. We arrived at night because our flight was late. The front desk gave us keys and took our passport details, but the next morning our keycards didn't work. Apparently we had to check in again and show our passports to the day crew. It felt very inefficient. If you stay here, keep in mind the night staff can't do anything for you until the morning crew arrives.

The staff and concierge were helpful, and the rooms were great. It's also well located for attractions, the old city walls and other amenities. We had a fantastic stay.

The hotel works for business trips if you can overlook dealing with the people at the front desk. The attention there was the worst, and the person in charge provided really poor service.
