The rooms and price were fine, and the breakfast itself was quite good. But the restaurant and cafeteria service left me deeply unsatisfied. Orders took an excessively long time every day, making meals stressful, and the staff often looked annoyed. Ordering felt uncomfortable, as though basic service was a bother. They also don’t provide complimentary coffee, which I’ve never encountered before. The cafeteria won’t take cards for totals under six dollars, so for a single coffee you have to pay cash or add more items. That’s an unreasonable and inconvenient rule.

The rooms are good for the price, but the hotel needs more maintenance. Breakfast service was badly understaffed, and the restaurant workers seemed overwhelmed and frustrated. Food arrived very late and cold, and the staff’s attitude didn’t help. They should hire more people to cover the restaurant services. One gentleman was always good to us, though the others could be quite rude.

The hotel can help arrange tours and work with you to find one that suits you. We liked the friendly staff, and the first-floor restaurant was a nice place to hang out. The top floor hot tub area has a beautiful view and is great for relaxing. Our room was large enough for four, with a nice bathroom, and the hotel is cute and close to a lot of things. They’re eco-friendly and recommend keeping showers to five minutes to save water. Party buses go by often at night and the music carries into the hotel, so it may not suit you if you want quiet. We didn’t mind.

The reception guy spoke English and tried his best. Still, the room had no hot water, and the windows were really dirty, with the view from the window as shown in the attached picture. We canceled our reservation after 30 minutes. Getting our money back has been a huge problem, and I’m still waiting. The hotel claims to be three stars, but it’s not even motel standard.

It’s okay for a short stay, though there are still a few things to improve. Breakfast tasted good, but an average-sized person would still be hungry afterward. The hotel seems to be getting better each day, and my latest visit felt like a new experience compared with the last one.
