The building felt very secure and was kept clean throughout. Security was at the entrance around the clock, and the air conditioning worked well. In the apartment, the water was warm and the pressure was good; our place also had a great view of the marina. The pool was huge, with fantastic city and sea views. There were jacuzzis and a well-equipped gym on that floor, and the elevator also goes up from there to the apartment. We stayed in a rented apartment here and were very comfortable. You can get to a shopping mall directly from inside the building, handy for groceries or the food court. We can definitely recommend it.

The apartment is lovely, with a perfect view and location, but there were huge cockroaches in both the kitchen and bathroom. We were on the 22nd floor, and I'm sure they're throughout the building. Places this large should have the whole area sprayed once or twice a year.

I was traveling alone and felt very safe, with plenty of security around. The location is ideal, connected to a supermarket and shopping mall. The rooms have been updated, with a nice roomy balcony and incredible views.

I had to switch buildings a few times because of some issues before I found H2. This one was magnificent and well cared for, with staff cleaning almost around the clock, which stood out since many Cartagena buildings aren't kept up well. The front desk was always welcoming, and the pool staff were friendly and made it easy to enjoy the facilities. The location was hard to beat: on the beach, about five minutes from the walled city, and directly above a shopping mall and grocery store. Everything I needed was right there.

The condo was absolutely beautiful, but it could use a few more utensils. It was supposed to come with shampoo, soap, and toilet paper, and we had to go out and buy those ourselves.
