We only stayed one night, and Orlando, the owner, was so helpful with car rides and trips. The customer service was great, and for the price it wasn't bad. If you're visiting town and need a quick place to stay, this hostel is a decent option.

The room and facilities were clean, and the AC worked great. Everyone was very pleasant to deal with and communicated well. After walking all day, I arrived after sunset, took a nice swim in the ocean, then relaxed for a while in the bubbly pool. Great for the price.

Great service and a great place, just keep an eye on any extra charges.

The photos and videos we submitted followed the platform's guidelines, and they show why I think the listing doesn't reflect the property. We requested access 40 minutes early only to check its condition. That wasn't enough time to fix the dampness, structural damage, poor room finishes, overgrown vegetation in the "common" area, or the generally unsafe feeling. The host contacted me, but I couldn't reply, so I'm leaving this here. I requested the entire "cabin/house" through Airbnb, yet it looked nothing like the photos. The listing calls it both a cabin and a house, while also showing it as a hostel. It comes up as a house in the search filter, which is misleading. They say we asked to enter before booking, and that this is typical behavior for my group and me, but the other reviews speak for themselves and contradict that claim. They also accused us of wanting early check-in, though our request was simply to inspect the place. I find it outrageous to be reviewed that way when the photos don't match reality. The hostel needs updated photos and repairs to the paint, infrastructure, and security so it can be properly presentable. As the photos show, those problems couldn't be fixed in 40 minutes.
