I had to stay a couple of days because I had no reservation and everything else was booked. If I’d known what the place was like, I’d rather have slept on the street. It may be one of the cheapest options in Cartagena, but I wouldn’t recommend it at all. One night, someone broke into a room next door and robbed it at gunpoint. It seems the perpetrators may have been connected to management, who were allegedly ordering robberies of guests. The police have been notified and are investigating. Absolutely appalling, zero percent recommended. Follow me for more tips 😄

The rooms could use some changes to where the beds, TVs, and air conditioning are placed. Aside from that, it’s very good for the price, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff are all lovely and provide excellent service.

My experience was excellent 👌 It’s a lovely, very clean place, and the staff are friendly and always ready to help. Prices are very good, the historic center is close, and it’s easy to find transportation. Highly recommend it.

The staff are attentive, and the cleanliness is top quality. The location is central, with the shopping center, Olímpica pharmacy, and walled city all fairly close. Public transport is excellent and runs 24 hours a day.

We liked being able to use the kitchen when we got tired of street food 😁. The facilities were very clean, the staff helpful and attentive, and tourist attractions were nearby. We’ll be back 💖
