The shower was basically broken, barely giving 3-4 slow drops of water, and it was cold only. Luckily, I’m fine with colder showers. I was given just one towel for the whole room. When I asked for another, I was told, “if you still have one that can be used, we ask you to continue to use that one, sorry.” Without the location, this place might as well be a hostel.

I really don’t recommend staying here. I had a terrible experience with the staff. This is a “hostal” with horrendous, dangerous service.

It’s cheaper and close to everything in Cartagena, so you could choose this hotel if you’re looking to save money.

I haven't really been to this place, though its location seems good.

The quality here is about as low as it gets.
