With only 10 rooms, Casa lsabel sa feels like a family guesthouse, and the staff, especially Julio and Katy, really look after you. I loved staying here. It's close to the action in Getsemani but tucked into a quiet spot, so party noise didn't keep me awake. The custom breakfast came with endless fruit and fresh juice, and the harbor and fortress views were fantastic. I used the cool-water Jacuzzi every night. Wi-Fi was good, the room AC was just right, and the shower had good hot water and pressure.

The people working here are the best part of this little hotel. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, from the fresh juice when we arrived to the cool towels after a hot day in the city. When we mentioned we were vegan, they made us an alternative breakfast. Thanks for the lovely chats and a great stay in Cartagena! Casa Isabel is a short walk from the historic center. The rooftop has a small pool, and there's a little lounge area by the entrance. Our room was quite small and the air quality wasn't the best. We stayed two nights and highly recommend it. The staff get a 100 out of 10!♥️

The location and charm of this place are hard to put into words. What really stood out, though, was the service. The people here are so genuine and caring, and made us feel incredibly welcome while helping us rest and plan trips around beautiful Cartagena. I can't recommend it highly enough.

The reception team made us feel welcome right away and were always so forthcoming. That's what made this lovely stay amazing. The hotel was super clean, had good AC, a great location, and a fantastic terrace. Breakfast was delicious too. Muchas gracias a Julio y Rosanna!!! When you're in Cartagena, go there.

They charged us for the booking, but when we arrived the hotel was closed and there was no information. Nobody was there, and no one responded.
