I've been here around seven times, and the staff and service have always made me very happy. The rooms are clean and nice, if a little small for what I'm used to. Still, you get tremendous value for what you pay, and the location is good. Having a restaurant in the hotel is convenient, and the food is very good. The menu is simple, but their own chef cooks really well.

It's a good hotel for the price, with a decent breakfast included. The rooftop patio has nice views and the pool is refreshing, though calling it a pool is a bit generous. Our room had no hot water, but that didn't bother me after spending the day in the hot, humid Colombian sun. The room itself was clean. It's a short taxi ride to the old city or airport, though the place is a little out of the way and some drivers aren't sure exactly where it is. Our main complaint was the loud AC unit just below our window, which started making noise early in the morning.

The place was comfortable and the food was pretty good. Communication could be difficult at times because not many staff members spoke English. I'd recommend it.
