The room itself was pretty clean, but that was about the only plus. There were no facilities, it was noisy, and the WiFi barely worked in any of the rooms we tried. They didn't provide free water either.

The price is high, and the room is small.

The receptionist tried to be helpful, though the hotel's internal problems were beyond his control. The rooms are small, the water pressure is very low, and the air conditioning is irritating and never cools the room. Parking is on the sidewalk, and you have to pay the security guard separately to watch your vehicle. This is really just a place to sleep for eight hours and leave.

Right at the beginning of the climb to Cerro de la Popa, so the location is handy. The hotel is comfortable too.

Small place, but cozy, and the service is excellent.
