The staff were pleasant and helpful, and at 6:00 in the morning they packed coffee and breakfast for us since we had an early flight. I wish we could have spent all our Cartagena nights here instead of in some unpleasant places in the old center. The rooms and bathrooms are beautiful, it's quiet and very clean, with nice furnishings and lots of attention to detail. Great value for money. We've been traveling around Colombia for five weeks, and this was the best place we stayed.

For 37 a night, not bad. It felt more like a hostel than a hotel, and breakfast was freshly made, so don't expect a buffet. No pool, and the beach is about an eight-minute walk.
