Our ground-floor jacuzzi room was spacious, with a big bathroom and a comfortable king-size bed. I think it's worth spending a little extra for that room. Great value. The staff were really friendly, especially the women who prepared breakfast. Each day they served a fresh, healthy Colombian breakfast with different egg dishes, arepas, banana pancakes, fruit, bread, juice, and coffee. There's a rooftop with sunbeds, too, and the lulo juice from the bar is worth trying. Getsemani is vibrant and noisy, but this small hotel sits just beyond the busy streets, so it's relatively quiet. Light sleepers may want earplugs. If you're staying in Getsemani, the location is hard to beat. Clean, comfortable rooms, nice staff, a perfect spot, and great value. More than five stars.

The front desk staff were attentive and helpful before and after I reported the problem, which I appreciated. Still, I couldn't continue my stay. I woke during the night with a burning feeling on my arm and found several insect bites and insects in the bed. It felt like an immediate health and safety concern, so I left in the middle of the night and paid for another hotel myself. I expected noise in central Getsemaní and could have accepted that, but the property felt old, worn, and poorly maintained despite being described as “colonial.” The cleanliness also fell below basic expectations. My experience didn't match the description or advertised standards, and I wouldn't recommend the hotel.

I booked through Booking with free cancellation, for a stay five months away. They wanted to charge the full amount straight away. I sent three messages asking if that was their policy, since I chose free cancellation so I could pay two weeks before my stay. No one replied, and they cancelled my reservation 24 hours after I made it. Cheers to your management policy.

You can't beat this spot in Getsemani, and we felt very safe there. The rooms were clean and had lots of natural light. We were traveling with a friend and found the first night's room too cramped. It had two twin beds and barely enough space for us to stand at the same time. They let us upgrade for the rest of the stay, and the larger room worked much better. Breakfast was good, though after a couple of days of eggs and fruit we wanted more variety. The rooftop could get crowded and, like the rest of the city, was quite hot. The small pool sits right behind reception, which felt like an awkward place to swim.
