Quiet and comfortable, and easy to get to in the lovely getsemani neighborhood. It was just right for my last day in Cartagena. They do laundry and serve a fresh breakfast in the morning, and the woman at the desk was really sweet and kind during my stay.
The price was far too high for such a filthy place, and I won't return. My room was extremely damp, enough that even my belongings felt wet. The bathroom was so dirty there was hair on the toilet seat, and the sink faucet was filthy too. I was disgusted that breakfast wasn't included, so I ate elsewhere. If the rooms were that dirty, I couldn't imagine how clean the kitchen utensils would be.
The noise was something I could have put up with. What upset me was that the cleaner damaged my backpack, and money was stolen. The manager then accused me of doing it to my own bag. That made no sense, and it was an incredibly rude way to treat a guest. I was very disappointed.
The location is really good, and the service was excellent. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and breakfast was served very well.
