The nightly price is a rip-off for a place with no refrigerator or kitchen, especially when everything is dilapidated. The power keeps going out, and the air conditioning and TVs don’t work. The owner treats employees and guests terribly and is a slave driver.

The hotel is comfortable, and the lady in general services is very friendly. The downside is the billiard bar on the first floor, where the music is loud. It was good otherwise, though there was no cable TV.

I was there for work and paid for the room plus VAT because I needed an invoice, but the invoice never came. The number they gave me no longer gets answered. Terrible service, and it feels like a rip-off. Don’t go there.

Days without water are the worst. There’s no internet or TV either, and the staff is filthy. The way they treat people is horrible. Worst hotel in Colombia.
