After landing in Cartagena, we took an Uber toward this hotel. We called while on the way, and someone who answered told the driver it wasn't a hotel at all. It also wasn't 14 minutes from the airport: by the time we called, we'd already been driving for 15 minutes, and the directions still showed 26 minutes to go. The driver said this supposed hotel wasn't in a good area for tourists. We kept trying to call and sent WhatsApp messages because we were getting more and more uncomfortable, but no one there would confirm the place was legitimate. We contacted Expedia and our bank to try to get our money back, then went to another hotel that was nicer and felt safer. Do not book here, it's a SCAM!!!

The room was nice, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Excellent hotel, highly recommended. I'll be back soon! 😊

The hotel is far from the main area. I'd asked whether arriving between 7 and 8 am would be okay, and they accepted the request. But when I got there, they said it wasn't possible and that each extra hour would cost 10,000 more. Check-in, they said, was at 3 pm.

Our street-facing room had no soundproofing, which was really uncomfortable. Vendors were shouting or using megaphones outside early Saturday and Sunday morning. I also asked for the room to be cleaned during my three-day stay, but it still hadn't been done when I came back after 2 p.m., despite leaving early that morning. The TV placement was awkward too because of where the beds were.
