There are lots of restaurants, shops, and kiosks nearby, and the area is a safe tourist zone. It’s a two-story, centuries-old building with a nice balcony, tables, and its own bar. The location is very central in the old city, and the rooms are relatively good for a stay that’s fairly cheap. They also have very fast free internet for guests. Great value!

They’re trying to make it a party beach club, but the place should stick to being somewhere relaxing. The music is far too loud during the day to unwind or enjoy yourself. Expect to hear reggaeton club mixes for the next 8-9 hours while you’re there.

I could barely sleep at night because there’s no air conditioner, just a very loud fan up top. The shower is always cold and sometimes doesn’t work, and I found a lot of blood spots on the bedsheet. The room is so tiny that I easily bumped my head and twisted my legs by accident. Check-in is at 3 pm, and they won’t let you in even one minute earlier. Worst place I’ve ever stayed.

The food is solid, the staff are really friendly, and it’s both very cheap and in a great location. It’s nice that the hotel allows guests. I just wish there were more towels in the rooms.

There’s a rooftop and two small patios where you can sit and relax, and the restaurant food is good. When I was there, they only took cash. Excellent in most ways, I recommend it.
